Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, product launches, or promotional events.
Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Carries
Orders may be shipped using major carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other logistics partners.
International Shipping
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Shipping Delays
Revinix is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Returns
30-Day Risk-Free Trial
Try your Revinix system for 30 days. If it’s not the right fit for you, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the return conditions below. Recovery products may take several sessions to become familiar with and to determine the best settings for your comfort and recovery routine.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• The product must include all original components, accessories, and packaging
• The product must be returned in clean and hygienic condition
• Products showing excessive use, damage, contamination, misuse, or improper hygiene may not be eligible for a refund
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined. Returns are intended for customers who have genuinely tried the product and determined it is not the right fit.

If you are experiencing issues with your product, we encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a return. Many common issues can be resolved quickly with troubleshooting or guidance from our team.
How To Start A Return
To request a return, please contact: support@revinix.com
Include the following information:
• Your order number
• The product you wish to return
• A brief description of the reason for the return (optional)
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if the return is approved.
Return Authorization
All returns must be approved by Revinix before being shipped back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping products back to Revinix when requesting a return.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Revinix is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during transit.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a confirmed product defect or an error on our part.
Customers are responsible for safely packaging returned products. Items damaged due to improper packaging during return shipping may not be eligible for a refund.
Returned items that do not meet the return conditions may be returned to the customer at their
expense.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or an error on our part.
Warranty
Revinix products include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.

Warranty Claim Shipping
For warranty claims, customers are responsible for shipping the product to Revinix for inspection and evaluation.
If a manufacturing defect covered under the Limited Warranty is confirmed, Revinix will, at its discretion:
• repair the product
• replace the product with the same or a comparable model
• refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not reasonably available
If a warranty claim is approved, Revinix may cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.
If the product is found not to have a manufacturing defect, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty claims may require photos, video, or other documentation prior to approval.
